I was in a bind on a cross country road trip and this place really turned the tides. Had two shops back to back leave me with a mess and frustration to fix on a 2005 Chevy 3500 Duramax turbo replacement til I found this place. Gave them as much info as possible to help gain a full picture of the status of the vehicle, and handed them the keys. First, they stunned me with volunteering to pay for a ride to the car rental lot. Next, sent a very thorough vehicle report and delivered a clear phone call with recommendations, further diagnosing some things I had not been able to and helping me understand the process. Got everything back in short order and hit the road. I am genuinely happy with the services rendered here and am reporting on a healthy truck that has handled considerable miles and grades across the country since. Needed a 100k checkup on my Duramax. They got me in and out in reasonable time and at a fair price. Went over the entire truck and let me know what needed fixing. Gave me option to approve recommended repairs. Would definitely go back.
